Léon de Perthuis

Co-founder
With 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Nicolas is a pioneer of decarbonized mobility.

Starting from the 4th IPCC report, he advocates within STELLANTIS for more efficient powertrains, eventually founding, in 2015, the electric powertrain department, which he developed until the launch of the group’s first electric range in its history.

He founded uMotion to apply his vision of future mobility to urban logistics.
With 10 years of experience in institutional communication consulting and influence, Léon de Perthuis has long supported major players in mobility and land development, both from the private sector and public institutions.

As an advocate for sustainable mobility, he is particularly aware of the collective nature of the transformations needed to decarbonize the transportation sector.
